We began looking for property with another realtor. After we viewed property over a weekend, we never heard from the realtor again. We decided a new approach and a new realtor was required. We lucked into Team Strickland. Over a hurricane weekend, we were able to view property because Team Strickland had made advanced appointments and really done its homework. We have now purchased three investment properties from Andy Holcomb and Sherwood Strickland. Team Strickland manages our properties as well. Team Strickland has three main strengths: 1-It has the interests of the buyer at heart, and understands our investment strategy; 2-The organization works as a team; all members can be relied upon to help the client; there doesn't appear to be any turf issue over clients; 3-Team Strickland offers "patient capital". It realizes financial decisions must sometimes be very deliberate, and investment priorities can change for the buyer. Team Strickland is patient in working with us.
